Processing is lawful only if, and to the extent that, at least one of the following conditions is met:

ARTICLE 3: PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED AND PROCESSED DURING NAVIGATION ON THE SITE

The collection and processing of this data serves the following purpose(s):

• Providing a personalized service

Article 3.2: Data Collection Methods

When you use our website, no personal data is collected by default.
When you call a Yelda virtual agent by phone, your phone number is collected.
Other personal data is collected when you perform the following actions on the platform:
Registration on the Yelda website: collection of your first and last name and email address.
This data is stored by the data controller under reasonable security conditions for a defined period, such as:
• If it is a phone number collected during a call: 6 months
• If it is a first/last name/email address collected during registration on the platform: for the duration of the subscription, then for 6 months after the end of the last subscription.
The company may retain certain personal data beyond the periods stated above in order to fulfill its legal or regulatory obligations.

ARTICLE 6: CONDITIONS FOR MODIFICATION OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

The publisher of the Yelda website reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time to ensure that users of the site comply with applicable law.
Any modifications will not affect purchases previously made on the site, which remain subject to the Policy in effect at the time of purchase and as accepted by the user upon validation of the purchase.
Users are encouraged to review this Policy each time they use our services, without the need for formal notification.
